Conference & Event Facilities

Are you in charge of organising any sort of event? Are you looking for a meeting room? We have the most modern and comfortable meeting facilities in Westport, and we would like to work with you to create an event or conference that meets all of your needs.

We can provide different size rooms with various set ups to suit your event or function. We offer tea and coffee making facilities and can organise catering for you. If you would like to bring your own catering you can do so and if you need to use a kitchen we can offer usage of ours.

Holcim Multi-Purpose Room

This multi-use room can be hired for functions, exercise groups, conferences and other events. It is also the home of all our group exercise classes and some of Westport’s sporting and cultural clubs.
We can accommodate your specific needs including AV equipment, catering, tables, chairs, white board and curtains for a more formal setting. The maximum standing capacity or seated capacity without tables is 300 people. For weddings, a seated meal, or function with tables, 200 people would be the maximum capacity.
This room has been used for weddings, business functions and multi-day conferences. It is a very flexible space and can be adapted to ensure your needs are met. For events over a few days where longer setup time is required we are happy to discuss and provide a quote for your event.

Club Room

This meeting room is available for clubs and groups to hire for any meeting purpose. It has space for up to 20 people, and audio visual equipment is available if required. Please contact us to arrange booking of this room prior to use.
